The Mega Millions jackpot has since grown to more than $1 billion Friday night drawing Finished without an overall winner.
It surpassed $1 billion for the fourth time in four years, Mega Millions said in a statement on Friday.
Friday’s draw ended with numbers 3, 20, 46, 59, 63 and Gold Mega Ball 13.
According to the lottery, the jackpot is now valued at $1.1 billion ($568.7 million in cash). If someone wins that amount, it would be the third largest jackpot in Mega Millions history.
The next film is on Tuesday 10th January.
But not everyone was a loser on Friday night. The lottery said there were more than 4 million winning tickets in other prize levels ranging from $2 to $1 million. Five tickets won $1 million by matching all five winning white balls in New York, Florida, Maryland and New Jersey.
According to MegaMillions, more than 27 million winning tickets have been sold across 24 drawings since the jackpot was last won on October 14, 2022.
